About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans and strategies in grocery retail stores across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resets and relines: Read and execute planograms with all items tagged, ensuring accurate and efficient execution.
  • Product placement and rotation: Tag, rotate, and place products on shelves, including adjusting shelf heights and movement.
  • Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with SAS Retail Services Management, Store Management, and assigned merchandisers.
  • Reporting and communication: Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50+ pounds.
  • Comfortable working with smartphone technology.
  • Prior experience in grocery or big box store retail merchandising is preferred.
  • Planogram experience is preferred, with training available.
  • Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.
