About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various projects and initiatives sponsored by Fraser Health and/or the Ministry of Health.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate project support to Directors, Project Sponsors, Management Teams, and Clinical Front Line stakeholders on assigned projects and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with Directors, clinical staff, and project teams to develop project scope, methodology, and deliverables.
  3. Develop information-gathering criteria and conduct literature reviews to gather evidence-based and best-practice methodologies.
  4. Evaluate and summarize information findings, preparing summary reports and briefing notes for presentation to Directors and stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate information flow among teams, communicate directly with Directors, teams, and stakeholders, and assist in developing strategies for the Clinical Implementation Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a health-related field.
  • Two years' recent related project and/or coordinator experience preferably in a health-related environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate information among stakeholders, liaise and facilitate among stakeholder groups, and conduct research and evaluate best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, multi-task among several projects/initiatives concurrently, and operate related equipment including applicable software applications.
