Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and products to drive sales and growth.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on customer service.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
