Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at VT Controls Ltd.

Job Summary:

The User Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using technical manuals, guides, and other resources
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
