Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Merchandising Associate to join our team in St. Paul. As a key member of our sales and distribution team, you will be responsible for maintaining and replenishing products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers.

About the Role

This is a temporary part-time position that will start as soon as possible. The hours will range from 16-24 hours per week with potential for increased hours during our peak seasons.

  • Salary: $21.00 per hour
  • KM Reimbursement: $0.62 per kilometer between stores
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field, preferably with manual or powered pallet jacks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and replenishing products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to front-of-store with manual or powered equipment.
  • Building, changing or removing product displays while adhering to company standards; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product.
  • Repetitively lifting, carrying and positioning product (weight up to 50 pounds) above shoulder height without assistance.
  • Consistently kneeling, squatting and reaching above the head.
  • Managing backroom by organizing stock (product); identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels; evaluating and processing damaged product; re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (i.e., pallets, product shells etc.).
  • Following all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
  • Maintaining an orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 17 years old.
  • Hold a valid Class 5 provincial driver's license.
  • Have a reliable personal vehicle for use during working hours.
  • Provide a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three years.

Please note that preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working under little to no supervision and those who can lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
