Job Summary

Skelton Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across international routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and maintain all necessary permits and documents to transport cargo on international routes.
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Communicate with central dispatch to receive and relay information.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Transport and handle hazardous materials.
Requirements
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks) required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English required.
