We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate security events, programs, and activities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Assist clients and guests with special needs
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations
- Prepare and submit progress reports
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- 5-10 years of experience in security management
- Experience in supervising a team of security personnel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
