We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to join our team at Forward Security Inc.

About the Role

The Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading our software development team, overseeing the design and deployment of new IT systems and services, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff and establishing policies and procedures for information systems
  • Evaluate daily operations and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Recruit and supervise staff, including computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, and provide ongoing support after sale
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in software development and management
  • Strong knowledge of computer and technology, including Agile, development and operations (DevOps), Jira, computer programming, development of computer applications, programming languages, programming software, and software quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
