Bakery Specialist

Become a key member of our bakery team at Tim Hortons as a Bakery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our baked goods meets our high standards. Your tasks will include baking mixed dough and batters, frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods, and training staff on our production processes.

• Bake mixed dough and batters to meet our quality standards
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to perfection
• Train staff on our production processes to ensure consistency
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently

As a Bakery Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team to meet our production demands.
