Job Title: Renewal Specialist

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

This is a permanent full-time on-site position for a skilled professional with proven experience in all aspects of residential construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide array of tasks including demolition, framing, services, interior finish, and exterior finish.

Main Responsibilities:

• Demolition: stripping floors/walls/ceilings without damaging the underlying structure, breaking through cement
• Framing: all types of structural repairs & structural modifications
• Services: encasing/securing electrical, plumbing & ventilation components
• Interior Finish: waterproofing, insulating, drywalling, plastering, baseboards & trim, painting, flooring, tiling, etc.
• Exterior Finish: light cement & masonry work, siding, roofing, installing windows & doors
