We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Wake N Bake Cannabis. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask with ease, handling cash transactions, operating a computerized inventory system, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reordering supplies as needed.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on merchandise and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including display of merchandise and storage of inventory.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
