Job Title: Construction Project Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Superintendent to join our team at Structures Martel. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors and construction teams
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Plan and organize daily construction operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and monitor progress
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
