We are seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our team at beBee Professionals in Campbell River. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare high-quality doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Develop creative presentation ideas for pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Manage inventory levels and order baking supplies as needed to support production needs.
- Prior experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role is highly desirable.
