Floral Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Floral Artisan to join our team at Sally's Florist. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and crafting visually stunning floral arrangements that exceed our customers' expectations.

The successful candidate will have a passion for floristry and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our team to create bespoke arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday bouquets.

• Design and craft high-quality floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, foliage, and decorative materials.
• Select and source fresh flowers, plants, and other materials to ensure exceptional quality and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with our team to understand customer preferences and create personalized arrangements that meet their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
