Job Title: GP (General Practitioner)

MOUNTAIN VIEW MEDICAL CENTRE is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team. As a GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations to identify diseases and injuries.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote healthy habits and improve patient outcomes.
  • Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
  • Consult with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as necessary.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on various health and lifestyle issues.
Requirements:
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
  • Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
  • Permanent work term
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
