About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated full-time Product Manager to lead a segment of our Financial Products in Calgary, AB.

As a Product Manager at Neo Financial, you'll collaborate closely with agile development teams to steer products from concept to launch.

You'll engage with various stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and enhance engagement with Neo's financial products, including Neo Card, Neo Savings accounts, and upcoming services.

Responsibilities
  • Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop a clear roadmap for growth and define the product vision.
  • Collaborate with Multiple Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to create industry-leading financial services products.
  • Engage with External Partners: Drive product innovation by engaging with external partners.
  • Gain In-Depth Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the product stack and identify impactful opportunities.
  • Lead Project Execution: Manage backlogs, integrate projects, and gather feedback.
  • Communicate Product Updates: Communicate product updates across departments and collaborate on high-value opportunities.
  • Support Team Members: Support team members and contribute to long-term product roadmaps.
Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably in software.
  • Skilled in Managing Projects: Skilled in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks.
  • Drive for Excellence: Possess a drive for excellence and product innovation.
  • Experience in Financial Technology: Experience in financial technology or banking is advantageous.
