We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our team at Huawei.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge AI architectures for advanced robotics projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise in Recursive Neural Network and foundational models.

You will work closely with our research and development team to enhance our capability to train AI models, building safety-critical scenario datasets and training infrastructure.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a PhD or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Software engineering or System Engineering, as well as 3+ years of experience with C++/Python programming languages.

You should also have demonstrated development experience with transformer-based models, foundational models, LLMs/VLMs, generative modeling, imitation/reinforcement learning or recursive neural networks (LSTM, GRU).

A proven track record of generating new ideas or enhancing existing ones in machine learning is essential.

Additionally, hands-on experience with modern deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and python development is required.
