Job Description

This permanent, full-time position involves leading a diverse team of food service professionals to provide top-notch cuisine and service to our patrons. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be proficient in managing schedules, training staff, and maintaining quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Develop efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless operations and maximum productivity.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Deliver comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate budget estimates and monitor expenses to maintain profitability and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading teams in fast-paced environments, with a focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and guide staff members.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
