Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
    • Process payments and handle customer transactions
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare food and drinks to order, following our high standards for quality and presentation
    • Assemble and package take-out orders
  • Housekeeping
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
    • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
