About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice IT Specialist to join our team at Breath HR. As an Apprentice IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and manage network cabling, including CAT6, CAT6A, and Fibre
  • Configure and maintain network cabinets and equipment
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
  • Document and report network configurations and issues
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and improve network performance
Requirements
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols and configurations
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Desired Qualifications
  • GCSE (or equivalent) A*-C/9-4 grades in English and maths
  • General interest in ICT and networking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
