About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Personal Trainer to join our team at F45 Training Parkdale. As a Senior Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for leading high-energy group fitness classes and providing personalized training sessions to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals
  • Provide one-on-one training sessions to members, focusing on their specific needs and objectives
  • Conduct assessments and create personalized training plans to help members achieve their fitness goals
  • Maintain a safe and supportive training environment, ensuring members feel motivated and encouraged throughout their fitness journey
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or Senior Trainer in a group fitness setting
  • Relevant certifications, such as ACE or NASM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
