About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoring a property following a disaster, including managing and directing restoration staff, assessing damage, and providing excellent customer service to homeowners, businesses, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct restoration staff in a supportive team environment during disaster restoration, clean-up, and reconstruction.
- Assess damage and determine the scope of work needed to repair it and provide an estimate.
- Work with insurance adjusters to ensure a hassle-free experience for the insured when a claim is filed.
- Quality control of all aspects of the job.
- Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a project manager in disaster recovery or construction.
- Ability to communicate perfectly in French and English, both written and oral.
- Willingness to learn and be receptive to learning.
- Passion for customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
- Ability to problem solve and manage priorities.
- Computer skills, working in a MS Office environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record summary.
- Clean criminal record.
