Job Summary

SKK Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drywall Construction Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This permanent, full-time position involves applying successive coats of compound and sanding seams and joints, cutting and installing metal corner beads, and filling joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets
  • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
  • Cut openings in lath for heating and ventilation piping, ducts, and electrical outlets
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Hand-eye coordination, physically demanding work, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) weight handling
  • Flexibility, reliability, team player
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will have experience working at heights, in various locations, and with tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
