Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanic to join our team at Upper Crust. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment to identify potential issues
  • Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment
  • Replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components as needed
  • Perform on-site servicing and repair of electrical equipment
  • Test and repair or replace faulty wiring or components in electrical switchgear
  • Test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear, or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment. The work site will be noisy and dusty at times, and the candidate must be able to work effectively in these conditions.
