Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at St Louis Bar and Grill. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Advise customers on menu selections and provide information on wine and beverage options.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Describe and advise customers on wine selection.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly and efficiently in a busy dining area.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
