The position of Restaurant Manager at SUBWAY SANDWICHES offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our dining services team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects meet the high standards expected by our customers.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales and Customer Service: To achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: To manage, train, and develop a team of staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management and Control: To maintain accurate inventory records and control costs related to food, labor, and supplies.
  • Quality and Food Safety: To maintain the highest standards of quality and food safety in our kitchen and dining areas.
  • Cash Handling and Financial Management: To handle cash and manage finances effectively, including balancing cash and preparing reports.
  • Store Maintenance and Improvement: To maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and identify opportunities for improvement.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. As a Restaurant Manager at SUBWAY SANDWICHES, you can expect to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with electronic cash registers and MS Office software.
