Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at Rachel ohayon. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to children
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes rest periods, meal times, and playtime
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and shared goals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift and carry children and perform light housekeeping duties
Work Environment

This is a temporary, part-time position working 40 hours per week in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children.
