About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at YK Freightways Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing logistics activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of logistics activities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards of performance.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
