Director, Credit Risk Analytics

This is a unique opportunity to join the Sun Life Financial Inc. team as a Director, Credit Risk Analytics. As a key member of the risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk management strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain credit risk models and methodologies to assess and manage credit risk exposure.
- Provide analytical support to senior management and business groups to inform credit risk decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement credit risk management strategies and policies.
- Monitor and report on credit risk metrics and trends to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in credit risk management.
- 7+ years of experience in credit risk management, with a focus on analytics and modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, business groups, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of credit risk management frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
