About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and engage with independent retail distributor/dealerships to facilitate and maximize the share and sales of company products in an assigned region.
  • Work with management and sales staff to achieve business plans that set specific marketing goals and objectives for each distributorship/dealer in the assigned region.
  • Act as primary liaison/contact between distributorship/dealer and Company, responsible for communications on marketing programs, relationship issues, and changes in corporate positions and/or policy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
  • Sales experience in the industrial truck industry or related equipment sales preferred.
  • Experience with territory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce.com.
