About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers Warmly: Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all customers who enter our store.
  • Assess Customer Needs: Listen to customers' needs and provide well-informed and specialized advice about products.
  • Present Merchandise: Showcase products, highlight features, and recommend complementary items to customers.
  • Contribute to Merchandising: Assist in the visual presentation and merchandising of products in your department.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on new products, their technical applications, and sales promotions.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Contribute to achieving sales targets by staying informed of promotions and flyers.
  • Follow Store Policies: Work in accordance with store policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales: Previous experience in a similar sales role is an asset.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide informed advice.
