Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced line cook to join our team at Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar. As a line cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, including pasta, sauces, and proteins
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, including plating and garnishing
  • Participate in menu planning and development, providing input on new dishes and ingredients
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in English verbal and written communication
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Food Safe certification or equivalent
