Associate Vice President of Student Support and Accountability

MacEwan University is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the next Associate Vice President, Student Support and Accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic and operational leadership for a diverse range of student support services, enhancing student access, wellness, and accountability.
- Lead a team of over 40 (with three direct reports) in the areas of Student Wellness Services, the Exam Centre, Student Conduct and Academic Integrity, Access and Disability Resources, and Wellness and Psychological Services.
- Oversee the planning, development, organization, and administration of student support policies and services, ensuring effective communication between student support areas and the broader University.
- Champion and advocate of student inclusion principles, as well as accessibility and disability resources.
- Ensure appropriate policies and frameworks are in place to assess, support, and resolve student behavioural and academic conduct.
- Relevant graduate credentials and a strong track record of progressive leadership experience managing multi-faceted portfolios in student services within a post-secondary environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate source material objectively.
