Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure that all terms of lease agreements are met, including rent payments and maintenance schedules
  • Hire and supervise support staff to perform operational, clerical, and maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure timely completion and within budget
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners, providing regular updates and reports
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports for property owners and management
  • Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients and tenants, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
