Job Title: Physical Therapist Degree

Health Careers in Saskatchewan is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Degree to join our team at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre, as well as providing coverage in other service areas in staff absences. The Physical Therapist Degree will be accountable for assisting in planning, organizing, and performing within the Physical Therapy Professional Guidelines to ensure that clients/residents referred receive a high standard of physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to clients at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre
  • Provide coverage in other service areas in staff absences
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and performing within the Physical Therapy Professional Guidelines
  • Ensure that clients/residents referred receive a high standard of physical therapy
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
  • Registered Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information
  • Must demonstrate safety as a priority at all times
Preferred Qualifications
  • Travel within the region and provincially
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT)
  • Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
