At Ya YA Foods Corp (RP0001), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Plant Operations Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules, ensuring proper functioning, and maintaining an inventory of raw materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Schedules: Create and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Inventory: Oversee the maintenance of raw materials and finished products, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and accurate.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Direct Quality Control Inspections: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that products meet company standards.
