AI Training Expertise Wanted for Freelance Opportunity

We are seeking talented coders who can lend their expertise to train generative artificial intelligence models at Outlier, a leading platform for human feedback on AI models. As an experienced software engineer, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to cutting-edge projects that involve engaging with AI models as they learn to code.

About the Opportunity:

  • Craft and answer questions related to computer science to help train AI models
  • Evaluate and rank code generated by AI models

Desirable Expertise:

  • Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science at a selective institution
  • Proficiency working with Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in Simplified Chinese

Compensation:

We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $25 to $50 per hour, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. Certain projects may also offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity on the Outlier.ai platform. Because this is a freelance opportunity, we do not offer internships, sponsorship, or employment. You must be authorized to work in your country of residence. International students may be able to sign up for Outlier if they are on a visa, but should consult their tax and immigration advisors regarding specific circumstances.
