Job Summary
As a Supervisor at Savers, you will make important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day. You will continuously develop and empower your Team Members, creating a unique and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Team Members to achieve business results
- Make decisions that impact store success and customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
