Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Dynamic Freight Haulers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and organize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Track and complete work orders, maintain vehicle operator work records, and prepare and submit reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with maintenance of communications equipment
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience: 1-6 months
  • Work setting: Transportation
