Job Title: Principal Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Business Analyst to join our team at Skyworks. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing and developing our in-house compliance application, SkySpec.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new features for the SkySpec application
  • Assess existing code and determine an upgrade strategy to meet system performance goals
  • Work with the IT team to ensure all new code conforms to Skyworks standard guidelines
  • Learn the business needs and priorities of SkySpec users
  • React quickly to real-time bug reports and feature requests
  • Create automated data reports for marketing and engineering purposes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering with at least 12 years of experience, or equivalent
  • Skilled in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, Microsoft SQL
  • Highly organized and motivated self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Curious, creative, and a collaborative problem solver
  • Team Player with a focus on the goals and outcomes of the business unit in a fast-paced priority-driven environment
  • Familiarity with statistical concepts is an asset

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base pay range: CAD $115,500 - $196,900 per year
  • Benefits include access to healthcare, a retirement plan company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, among others
