Job Title: Construction Labourer

Job Summary:
HBCC BUILDING SERVICES is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the construction process, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
  • Work in a team environment to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements:
  • Physical ability to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions:
This role requires working on-site, with no option for remote work. The work site environment is physically demanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
