Job Summary

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, construction site supervision, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including selecting trade subcontractors and preparing construction project budget estimates
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information and prepare reports
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people and ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Working Conditions
