Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our dynamic maintenance team at Total Maintenance Solution. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Emptying trash cans and other waste containers in various weather conditions.
  • Performing general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Working safely with safety equipment and gear.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in cleaning or a related field.
  • Able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Strong dependability, oral communication, flexibility, and reliability skills.
  • WHMIS Certificate is an asset.

Work Environment:

The work site is located in a parking lot, and employees must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Estimated Salary: $20-$25 per hour based on the job requirements and location.
