About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Gilgal Janitorial Services Ltd. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supervision and Teamwork
    • Work with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus: prioritize the needs of our clients and deliver services that meet their expectations.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills: communicate effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
    • Excellent oral communication: articulate ideas and thoughts clearly and concisely.
    • Organized: prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
    • Reliability: demonstrate a high level of reliability and accountability in all aspects of the job.
    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
    • Work Term: Permanent.
    • Work Language: English.
    • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
