About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Childcare Professional to join our team at Caring Kindergartens Ltd. As a key member of our nursery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged [insert age range].
Responsibilities:
- To work as part of a team and act as a key worker for a group of children, observing, recording, and assessing their progress and development.
- To develop high-quality interactions with children, building on and extending their thinking and learning.
- To plan, prepare, and deliver a wide range of play experiences that promote children's physical, intellectual, and emotional development.
Requirements:
- A suitable Level 3 childcare qualification recognised by the Department for Education.
- A good understanding of the EYFS.
- Excellent understanding of the English language, spoken and written.
- A good understanding of safeguarding practices.
- Previous childcare experience in an early year setting.
