Requirements:

  • Experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, or sales enablement tools is a significant plus.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS technologies and architectures, especially as they relate to CRM, MarTech, and customer service platform integration.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform product decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by sales, marketing, and project teams, especially within the SMB market.
  • A drive to learn, innovate, and make a real impact in the fast-paced world of MarTech and CRM.
