Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analysis Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting business analysis, developing strategies, preparing business cases, and cost-benefit analysis.


**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, process and data flow modeling, use case surveys, business rules definition, and non-functional requirements definitions
  • Develop sound processes for requirements gathering, including JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, etc.
  • Monitor progress, resolve problems, and report regularly to I&IT management and stakeholders
  • Develop performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation and conduct follow-up


**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of systems environments, business analysis, and change management
  • Knowledge of information retrieval packages, SQL scripts, and accessibility standards
  • Ability to translate business and data requirements into specifications sufficient for designing appropriate technology solutions
