Responsibilities- Perform assessments and develop personalized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and provide personal care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Supervise care staff to ensure high-quality care and support for residents.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience in dementia care (preferred).
- A competitive hourly rate of $32.84.
- A flexible schedule with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or casual work.
