We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Service Assistant to join our Dairy Queen Camrose team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Clean and maintain the food counter area, including tables, trays, chairs, and equipment, to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Prepare and package take-out food, portion and wrap foods as required, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; however, relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Able to work 35 hours per week in a physically demanding environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a busy work environment.
