Lead 3D Artist

At Critical Mass, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead 3D Artist to oversee our entire 3D production pipeline. This role demands expertise in various 3D platforms and in-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine visual development tracks and technical capabilities, enabling production optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the 3D production pipeline, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of 3D assets.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in multiple 3D platforms, including Unreal Engine.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior artists, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading 3D production teams and managing complex pipelines.
  • Expertise in Unreal Engine and other 3D platforms.
  • Strong understanding of visual development tracks and technical capabilities.
